By submitting your information, you’re giving us permission to seek immediate veterinary attention from the vet listed above in the event of a medical emergency. If your primary vet is unavailable, you give us permission to seek treatment from the nearest available clinic. You are financially responsible for any veterinary care that your pet may need during and after their care outside of our insurance coverage.

Additionally, by choosing to board your pet with us, you give permission for us to administer basic first-aid or pet CPR if needed. Any actions taken will be promptly communicated with you, Your pet’s safety is always the top priority, and we would never perform care outside of our scope or comfort level. Emergencies will be escalated to a licensed veterinary professional when necessary. We always strive for smooth, incident-free stays, but sometimes accidents happen, and just in case a little boo-boo or scratch occurs, we’ve got it covered.

We’re incredibly accommodating to dogs with all kinds of behavioral needs—reactive dogs, selective dogs, sensitive dogs, and pups who just need a little extra understanding and support. Your dog does not need to be perfect to stay here, and there are no “wrong” answers on this form.

The only exception we may not be able to accommodate is severe, unmanaged aggression toward humans or other dogs. Otherwise, everything you share just helps us prepare appropriately and ensure the best possible setup for your dog and their environment. Honest answers help us keep everyone safe, comfortable, and happy.
